• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

• Rebate amounts are estimates and subject to program requirements

4. Service Warranties

We provide comprehensive warranties on our work and equipment:

• Equipment warranties as provided by manufacturers
• 5-year labor warranty on installation work

5. Limitation of Liability

ROMA Heating & Cooling's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Emergency services may have different cancellation terms.
